MC96F6332 / MC96F6432 provide the following standard features: 32 Kbytes of Flash, 256 Bytes of iRAM, 768 Bytes of xRAM, 8/16-bit timer/counter, 12-bit ADC. MC96F6332 / MC96F6432 also support power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
